The 12th WINC symposium will be held on Friday the 18th of September 2026, as a full-day, in-person event. In addition, we warmly invite all participants to join a complimentary conference dinner on the evening of September the 17th at the Lysebu hotel. We strongly encourage attendees to take part in this informal gathering as an opportunity for networking and discussion ahead of the symposium.

- Symposium (including day package) and conference dinner: Free of charge
- Accommodation at Lysebu Hotel 17.-18. September: 1395 NOK (Participants are expected to cover their accommodation expenses. Booking is arranged through the registration form, and expenses will be charged directly by the hotel)
Who can attend?
The WINC symposium 2026 is open to WINC members and participants in the NIVA course on “Working Hours and Occupational Safety and Health”.
