Another important aim of MUST is to identify specific workplace factors within individual organizations that need to be improved or maintained. The survey reports provided by the project may be incorporated into the agencies’ action plans to enhance psychosocial working conditions.
As of November 2024, data has been collected from over 35,000 employees across more than 80 government agencies. Research on the collected data has commenced, aiming to provide knowledge about the implications of digital work availability on work-life balance.
