Psychosocial and organizational working environment
Research on the psychosocial and organisational working environment deals with
the individual at work, and how the organisation of work itself affects the active worker.
Up-to-date knowledge on which psychosocial and organisational factors
influence on health and safety at work is necessary, this being a good starting point
for creating a healthy working life. At STAMI we are doing research on several topics
connected to the psychosocial and organisational working environment.
