Conference venue
The conference venue Hotel Alexandra is located in the most beautiful Fjord and Glacier Districts of Norway, and is recognised as one of the best conference venues in Norway. We can guarantee that participants will not quickly forget the extraordinary beauty & hospitality of this region. The participants are expected to arrive at the hotel Saturday, June 15, and to travel home, either Thursday, June 19 after lunch or Friday, June 20 morning.
Accommodation
Rooms have been reserved at Hotel Alexandra and participants make their required room reservation during registration. Hotel Alexandra in Loen, surrounded by fjords, lakes, glaciers, mountains, and waterfalls is one of the most sought-after hotels in Norway.
Required hotel reservation is made at the conference web page during registration. The registration opens in October 2024.
