The registration fee cover attendance to all scientific sessions and short courses, and one copy of Book of Abstracts. It also includes morning and afternoon coffee\/tea and participation in all social functions (included excursion to the Briksdal Glacier with conference dinner). Payment of the registration fee should be made in Norwegian Kroner (NOK).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Registration fee will be NOK 8 000 with registration before 16 April 2025, and NOK 9 500 after 16 April. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n For students, the registration fee is NOK 3 000. Registration fee for accompanying persons is NOK 2 000 (included excursion to the Briksdal Glacier with conference dinner and morning and afternoon coffee\/tea).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat. In case of cancellation, the fee(s) minus 10% handling charge will be refunded, provided that the request for refunding is made before 10 May 2025. No refund of the registration fee can be made after this date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the symposium is cancelled by the organisers, fees already paid will be refunded. Further recourse is excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Confirmation of registration will be sent to you when total payment has been registered.
